A large nitrogen‑drying autoclave entirely built in Milan and installed in the United States. The system is fully insulated, operates under deep vacuum and features a diathermic‑fluid heating jacket with forced ventilation for uniform temperature distribution.
The vacuum group includes five oil‑sealed pumps, a roots pump and a condensation system, achieving 0.05 mbar. A stand alone control panel with HMI and LAN enables remote assistance.
Dimentions: 3,500 mm usable diameter, 6,500 mm internal length and 3,000 mm internal height. The autoclave body weighs 28 tons, supported by an 8‑ton electric trolley and 12 tons of lifting structures, with floor level loading.
A dedicated nitrogen generation system supplies dry, inert gas that penetrates windings, removes moisture and prevents oxidation, resulting in faster, cleaner and more repeatable cycles. The process uses hot air and nitrogen instead of kerosene, eliminating emissions and certificationrequirements.
