At Ganz Transformers in Hungary, daily transport of units up to 400 tons placed heavy demands on an outdated internal transport system. Manual control and worn air casters led to downtime, safety risks and inconsistent performance.
Instead of a full system replacement, we implemented a targeted retrofit. A new control unit enabled precise, one-person operation, while upgraded air casters with an oil-resistant coating significantly improved durability.
The result: safer handling, less downtime, and a future-proof transport process.
